If the amount on your balance is over €20 and you added a wallet to your account, but still got no payout, this means automatic payouts are disabled and you have to transfer funds manually.
Here’s what you need to do:
Contact your account manager via tickets or DM them.
Tell the account manager your email address and request the payout.
Your manager will transfer the funds manually and you will see them on your account shortly.
